De streek levert bijna de helft van de olijfolie productie van Itali\u00eb en heeft een lange traditie in het produceren van voornamelijk rode wijnen. Puglia heeft extreem gunstige klimatologische omstandigheden voor het produceren van zachte, sappige, ronde en gestructureerde wijnen. Het familiebedrijf is de afgelopen decennia gegroeid, maar hun uitgebreide geschiedenis en ervaring met het produceren van kwaliteitswijnen blijft de nadruk leggen op duurzaamheid. De wijngaarden worden op natuurlijke wijze bemest met \u201cSovescio\u201d (groenbemesting). Wijnstokken worden opnieuw aangeplant met klonen vanaf de oude wijnstokken (in plaats van standaard kwekerijklonen). Wijngaarden zijn gediversifieerd met meerdere vari\u00ebteiten en andere gewassen. Fermentatie en lagering vinden plaats in temperatuur gecontroleerde RVS silo\u2019s. De kleur is intens robijnrood.&nbsp; In de neus frisse, fruitige en geurige aroma\u2019s van zwart fruit, rode bessen, zoethout en kruiden.
